子宫球囊联合欣母沛治疗阴道分娩产后出血的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨子宫球囊联合卡前列素氨丁三醇注射液(商品名:欣母沛)治疗阴道分娩产后出血的效果。方法 69例阴道分娩产后出血患者,通过随机数字表法分为对照组(34例)及研究组(35例)。对照组使用欣母沛治疗,研究组使用子宫球囊联合欣母沛治疗。比较两组治疗效果、产后出血情况、子宫复旧情况及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为94.3%,高于对照组的85.3%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。研究组生产结束时及产后2、24 h的出血量分别为(71.3±17.2)、(136.3±25.5)、(172.8±31.2)ml,少于对照组的(143.5±29.3)、(237.9±34.1)、(296.4±36.1)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组产后3、7 d的子宫长径分别为(13.2±1.1)、(10.3±0.7)cm,短于对照组的(16.5±1.2)、(14.8±1.1)cm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组不良反应发生率11.4%低于对照组的38.2%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 阴道分娩产后出血治疗中,子宫球囊联合欣母沛治疗的效果显著,值得临床使用。Objective To discuss the effect of uterine balloon combined with carboprost tromethamine injection(trade name: Hemabate) in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery. Methods A total of 69 patients with postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery were divided into control group(34 cases)and research group(35 cases) by random numerical table. The control group was treated with Hemabate, and the research group was treated with uterine balloon and Hemabate. The therapeutic effect, postpartum hemorrhage,uterine involution, and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the research group was 94.3%, which was higher than 85.3% in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). The blood loss at the end of delivery and at 2 and 24 h postpartum in the research group were(71.3±17.2),(136.3±25.5), and(172.8±31.2) ml, which were less than(143.5±29.3),(237.9±34.1), and(296.4±36.1) ml in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The uterine long diameter of the research group at 3 and 7 d postpartum were(13.2±1.1) and(10.3±0.7) cm, which were shorter than(16.5±1.2) and(14.8±1.1) cm of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions 11.4% in the research group was lower than 38.2% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Uterine balloon combined with Hemabate has significant effect in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage after vaginal delivery, and is worthy of clinical application.
