摘 要:目的 分析帝视内镜在老年胸肺部手术双腔管插管及定位中的应用效果。方法 100例老年胸肺部手术患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组实施传统听诊法辅助双腔管插管及定位,观察组实施帝视内镜辅助双腔管插管及定位。对比两组患者临床指标(定位时间、心率、收缩压以及舒张压)、并发症发生率以及定位准确率。结果 两组患者心率、收缩压及舒张压对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者定位时间(31.25±3.24)s短于对照组的(46.34±3.17)s,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者并发症发生率4.0%低于对照组的20.0%,定位准确率98.0%高于对照组的80.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在老年胸肺部手术双腔管插管及定位中应用帝视内镜不仅能提高定位准确率,缩短定位时间,同时也降低了并发症发生率,继而提高麻醉、手术疗效,值得推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of Discopo endoscopy in double-lumen tube intubation and positioning in thoracic and pulmonary surgery in the elderly. Methods A total of 100 elderly patients with thoracic and pulmonary surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received traditional auscultation to assist the intubation and positioning of the double-lumen tube, while the observation group received Discopo endoscopy to assist the intubation and positioning of the double-lumen tube. Both groups were compared in terms of clinical indicators(positioning time, heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure), complication rate and positioning accuracy.Results There was no statistically significant difference in heart rate, systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure between the two groups(P>0.05). The positioning time in the observation group was(31.25±3.24) s,which was shorter than(46.34±3.17) s in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate 4.0% in the observation group was lower than that 20.0% in the control group, and the positioning accuracy 98.0% was higher than 80.0% in the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of Discopo endoscopy in double-lumen tube intubation and positioning in thoracic and pulmonary surgery can not only improve the positioning accuracy and shorten positioning time, but also reduce the complication rate and subsequently improve anesthesia and surgical efficacy,which is worth promoting.
