摘　　要：目的 探究丹红注射液对急性心肌梗死(AMI)心肌再灌注损伤静脉溶栓后再通及并发症的影响。方法 100例急性心肌梗死患者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组患者使用尿激酶、阿司匹林、低分子肝素钙治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上接受丹红注射液治疗。对比两组患者的溶栓后血管再通情况及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组患者并发症发生率14.0%显著低于对照组的50.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者再灌注心律失常率46.0%(23/50)低于对照组患者的66.0%(33/50),胸痛缓和率86.0%(43/50)、血管再通率68.0%(34/50)高于对照组的62.0%(31/50)、48.0%(24/50),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 使用丹红注射液治疗急性心肌梗死能有效降低急性心肌梗死患者心力衰竭和心绞痛的发生几率,还可以保护心脏缺血再灌注损伤,在临床上具有重要的价值。Objective To investigate the effect of Danhong injection on recanalization and complications of myocardial reperfusion injury in acute myocardial infarction(AMI) after intravenous thrombolysis. Methods A total of 100 patients with acute myocardial infarction were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were treated with urokinase, aspirin and low molecular weight heparin calcium, and patients in the observation group were treated with Danhong injection on the basis of the control group. The vascular recanalization after thrombolysis and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The complication rate in the observation group was 14.0%, which was significantly lower than 50.0% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The reperfusion arrhythmia rate 46.0%(23/50) of the observation group was lower than 66.0%(33/50) of the control group, and the chest pain relief rate 86.0%(43/50) and the vascular recanalization rate 68.0%(34/50) were higher than 62.0%(31/50) and 48.0%(24/50) of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Danhong injection for the treatment of acute myocardial infarction can not only effectively reduce the incidence of heart failure and angina pectoris in patients with acute myocardial infarction, but also protect the heart from ischemia-reperfusion injury, which is of great clinical value.
