厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年心力衰竭患者的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的分析厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年心力衰竭患者的疗效。方法70例老年心力衰竭患者,采用随机数字表法分为单独用药组及复合用药组,每组35例。单独用药组患者给予美托洛尔治疗,复合用药组在单独用药组基础上联合厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后的心功能分级、左心室射血分数、脑钠肽、超敏C反应蛋白水平,治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者的心功能分级、脑钠肽、超敏C反应蛋白低于本组治疗前,左心室射血分数高于本组治疗前,且复合用药组患者的心功能分级(1.34±0.23)级、脑钠肽(78.34±2.67)pg/ml、超敏C反应蛋白(6.01±1.21)mg/L低于单独用药组的(1.89±0.45)级、(98.56±11.27)pg/ml、(8.35±1.42)mg/L,左心室射血分数(57.34±4.21)%高于单独用药组的(53.34±4.01)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。复合用药组患者的总有效率94.29%高于单独用药组的74.29%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论厄贝沙坦氢氯噻嗪联合美托洛尔治疗老年心力衰竭患者的疗效确切。Objective To analyze the efficacy of irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure. Methods A total of 70 elderly patients with heart failure were divided into single medication group and combined medication group according to random numerical table, with 35 cases in each group. Patients in the single medication group were treated with metoprolol, and patients in the combined medication group were treated with irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide on the basis of the single medication group. Both groups were compared in terms of cardiac function grading, left ventricular ejection fraction, brain natriuretic peptide, and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein levels before and after treatment, and therapeutic effect. Results After treatment, the cardiac function grading, brain natriuretic peptide and highsensitivity C-reactive protein of the two groups were lower than those of this group before treatment, and the left ventricular ejection fraction was higher than that of this group before treatment;the cardiac function grading(1.34±0.23) grades, brain natriuretic peptide(78.34±2.67) pg/ml, high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(6.01±1.21) mg/L of the combined medication group were lower than(1.89±0.45) grades,(98.56±11.27) pg/ml,(8.35±1.42) mg/L of the single medication group, and left ventricular ejection fraction(57.34±4.21)% was higher than(53.34±4.01)% of the single drug group;all the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effective rate 94.29% of the combined medication group was higher than 74.29% of the single medication group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Irbesartan and hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol has definite efficacy in the treatment of elderly patients with heart failure.
