散结消癥汤防治气滞血瘀型子宫内膜息肉宫腔镜术后复发的临床研究

摘　　要：目的 探析散结消癥汤防治气滞血瘀型子宫内膜息肉(EP)宫腔镜术后复发的应用效果。方法 70例进行宫腔镜手术的气滞血瘀型子宫内膜息肉患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各35例。对照组手术后采用西药屈螺酮炔雌醇片治疗,观察组术后采用散结消癥汤治疗。对比两组临床症状发生率、子宫内膜息肉复发率、月经量及子宫内膜厚度。结果 观察组临床症状发生率11.43%显著低于对照组的37.14%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组子宫内膜息肉复发率2.86%低于对照组的22.86%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组月经量(55.82±6.42)ml少于对照组的(79.34±9.02)ml、子宫内膜厚度(0.50±0.05)cm小于对照组的(0.62±0.08)cm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对进行宫腔镜手术的气滞血瘀型子宫内膜息肉患者应用散结消癥汤可显著减少患者临床症状,改善月经量及子宫内膜厚度,子宫内膜息肉复发情况明显减少,临床应用效果显著。Objective To discuss and analyze the application effect of Sanjie Xiaozheng Decoction in preventing and treating recurrence of endometrial polyps(EP) with Qi stagnation and blood stasis after hysteroscopic surgery. Methods A total of 70 cases of endometrial polyps who underwent hysteroscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with western medicine drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets after surgery, and the observation group was treated with Sanjie Xiaozheng Decoction after surgery. The incidence of clinical symptoms, recurrence rate of endometrial polyps, menstrual volume and endometrial thickness were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of clinical symptoms in the observation group was 11.43%, which was significantly lower than 37.14% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of endometrial polyps 2.86% in the observation group was lower than 22.86% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The menstrual volume(55.82±6.42) ml of the observation group was less than(79.34±9.02) ml of the control group, and the endometrial thickness(0.50±0.05) cm was less than(0.62±0.08) cm of the control group. All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For patients with endometrial polyps with Qi stagnation and blood stasis undergoing hysteroscopic surgery, Sanjie Xiaozheng Decoction can significantly reduce the clinical symptoms of patients, improve menstrual volume and endometrial thickness, and significantly reduce the recurrence of endometrial polyps, and the clinical application effect is significant.
