痔炎宁洗剂联合天芷金黄膏治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的 观察痔炎宁洗剂联合天芷金黄膏治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿的临床效果。方法 312例混合痔术后肛门水肿患者,随机分为治疗组(107例)、对照组(104例)和空白组(101例)。治疗组给予痔炎宁洗剂坐浴联合天芷金黄膏外敷,对照组给予痔炎宁洗剂坐浴,空白组给予高锰酸钾坐浴。比较三组临床指标。结果 治疗组患者水肿消退时间为(4.00±2.42)d,治疗3 d后水肿评分(2.07±1.36)分,治疗3 d后疼痛评分为(2.52±1.73)分,需辅助用药占比为0,需再次手术占比为0,伤口愈合时间为(25.00±5.69)d;对照组患者水肿消退时间为(5.00±3.03)d,治疗3 d后水肿评分为(4.15±1.78)分,治疗3 d后疼痛评分为(4.32±1.65)分,需辅助用药占比为26.92%(28/104),需再次手术占比为7.69%(8/104),伤口愈合时间为(30.00±4.57)d;空白组患者水肿消退时间为(8.00±3.76)d,治疗3 d后水肿评分(5.03±1.97)分,治疗3 d后疼痛评分为(6.06±2.12)分,需辅助用药占比为34.65%(35/101),需再次手术占比为8.91%(9/101),伤口愈合时间为(35.00±6.72)d。治疗组水肿消退时间、伤口愈合时间均短于对照组和空白组,治疗3 d后水肿评分、治疗3 d后疼痛评分、需辅助用药占比、需再次手术占比均低于对照组和空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组水肿消退时间、伤口愈合时间均短于空白组,治疗3 d后水肿评分、治疗3 d后疼痛评分均低于空白组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 痔炎宁洗剂联合天芷金黄膏治疗混合痔术后肛门水肿的疗效确切。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zhiyanning lotion combined with Tianzhi Jinhuang ointment in the treatment of anal edema after mixed hemorrhoids surgery. Methods A total of 312 patients with wound edema after mixed hemorrhoids surgery were randomly divided into treatment group(107 cases), control group(104 cases) and blank group(101 cases). The treatment group received Zhiyanning lotion sitz bath combined with Tianzhi Jinhuang ointment for external application, the control group received Zhiyanning lotion sitz bath, and the blank group received potassium permanganate sitz bath. The clinical indicators of the three groups were compared. Results In the treatment group, the edema subsidence time was(4.00±2.42) d,the edema score after 3 d of treatment was(2.07±1.36) points, the pain score after 3 d of treatment was(2.52±1.73) points, and the proportion of adjuvant medication was 0, the proportion of patients requiring reoperation was 0, and the wound healing time was(25.00±5.69) d. In the control group, the edema subsidence time was(5.00±3.03) d, the edema score after 3 d of treatment was(4.15±1.78) points, the pain score after 3 d of treatment was(4.32±1.65) points, and the proportion of adjuvant medication was 26.92%(28/104), the proportion of patients requiring reoperation was 7.69%(8/104), and the wound healing time was(30.00±4.57) d.In the blank group, the edema subsidence time was(8.00±3.76) d, the edema score after 3 d of treatment was(5.03±1.97) points, and the pain score after 3 d of treatment was(6.06±2.12) points, and the proportion of adjuvant medication was 34.65%(35/101), the proportion of patients requiring reoperation was 8.91%(9/101), and the wound healing time was(35.00±6.72) d.
