摘  要:目的分析增强磁共振成像(MRI)联合弹性成像对睾丸肿瘤病理分型的诊断价值。方法连续性、前瞻性选取2016年4月至2021年3月保定市第一中心医院97例临床疑诊睾丸肿瘤的患者作为研究对象,以病理组织学检查作为诊断金标准,最终确诊睾丸肿瘤的患者为75例。97例患者均采用增强MRI联合弹性成像进行检查,分析增强MRI联合弹性成像对睾丸肿瘤病理分型的诊断价值。结果与增强MRI、弹性成像单独检查相比,增强MRI联合弹性成像对睾丸肿瘤病理分型的检出率更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。增强MRI、弹性成像、增强MRI联合弹性成像对睾丸肿瘤诊断的灵敏度分别为84.00%、70.67%、97.33%,特异度分别为81.82%、90.91%、63.64%,准确度分别为83.51%、75.26%、93.81%。结论增强MRI联合弹性成像在睾丸肿瘤病理分型中诊断价值较高,且两者联合可有效提高诊断的灵敏度、准确度。Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of enhanced magnetic resonance imaging(MRI)combined with elastography in pathological classification of testicular tumors.Methods 97 cases of suspected testicular tumor were selected as the research object in Baoding First Central Hospital from April 2016 to March 2021.The histopathological examination was taken as the"gold standard",of which 75 cases of testicular tumors were diagnosed.All 97 patients were examined with enhanced MRI combined with elastography to analyze the diagnostic value of enhanced MRI combined with elastography for the pathological classification of testicular tumors.Results Compared with enhanced MRI and elastography alone,enhanced MRI combined with elastography had a higher detection rate of testicular tumor pathological classification,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The sensitivity of enhanced MRI,elastography and both for testicular tumor diagnosis were 84.00%,70.67%and 97.33%,the specificity was 81.82%,90.91%and 63.64%,and the accuracy was 83.51%,75.26%and 93.81%,respectively.Conclusions Enhanced MRI combined with elastography has higher diagnostic value in the pathological classification of testicular tumors,and the combination of the two can effectively improve the diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy.
