摘　　要：目的分析不孕症患者孕激素水平与子宫内膜组织中肺癌转移相关转录本1(MALAT1)表达的相关性。方法前瞻性选取2019年8月至2020年12月于海南省中医院就诊的61例不孕症患者作为研究对象,纳入不孕症组;另将同期行诊断性刮宫术检查的61例健康女性纳入对照组。取两组患者的子宫内膜组织检测MALAT1及孕激素受体(PR)蛋白的表达水平,并在两组入院时检测血清孕酮(P)水平;分析不孕症患者子宫内膜组织中MALAT1的表达水平与PR蛋白的表达、血清P水平的相关性,以及子宫内膜组织中MALAT1的表达水平与不孕症的关系。结果不孕症组子宫内膜组织中MALAT1的表达水平高于对照组,子宫内膜组织中PR蛋白表达、血清P水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。经一般线性双变量Spearman直线相关检验发现,不孕症患者子宫内膜组织中MALAT1表达水平与PR蛋白表达、血清P水平均呈负相关(P<0.05)。经Logistic回归分析结果显示,子宫内膜组织中MALAT1、PR蛋白、血清P的异常表达与不孕症有关;子宫内膜组织中MALAT1表达水平升高可能是不孕症发生的风险因子(P<0.05);子宫内膜组织中PR蛋白表达及血清P水平升高可能是不孕症发生的保护因子(P<0.05)。受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线结果显示,子宫内膜组织中MALAT1的表达水平诊断不孕症的曲线下面积(AUC)>0.80,有一定诊断价值。结论不孕症患者孕激素水平与子宫内膜组织中MALAT1表达有关,检测子宫内膜组织中MALAT1的表达对诊断不孕症有一定价值。Objective To analyze the correlation between progesterone level and the expression of metastasis-associated lung adenocarcinoma transcript 1(MALAT1)in endometrial tissues of patients with infertility.Methods 61 patients with infertility admitted to Hainan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2019 to December 2020 were prospectively selected as the research subjects and included in the infertility group;another 61 healthy women who underwent the examination of diagnostic curettage during the same period were included in the control group.The endometrial tissues of patients in both groups were taken to test expression levels of MALAT1 and progesterone receptor(PR)protein,and the serum progesterone(P)levels were detected at admission in both groups,the correlation between MALAT1 expression level,PR protein expression and serum P level in endometrial tissues of patients with infertility,and the relationship between MALAT1 expression level and infertility in endometrial tissues were analyzed.Results The expression level of MALAT1 in the endometrial tissues of the infertility group was higher than that of the control group,and the expression of PR protein and serum P level in the endometrial tissues were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).General linear and dual variable Spearman linear correlation test showed that the expression level of MALAT1 in endometrial tissues of patients with infertility was negatively correlated with PR protein expression and serum P level(P<0.05).Through Logistic regression analysis,the results showed that the abnormal expression of MALAT1,PR protein and serum P in endometrial tissues was related to infertility;the increased expression level of MALAT1 in endometrial tissues might be the risk factor of the occurrence of infertility(P<0.05);the increased expression level of PR protein and serum P level in endometrial tissues might be the protective factor of the occurrence of infertility(P<0.05);the receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve was drawn,and
