行辅助生殖反复种植失败患者心理弹性水平与生活质量的相关性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨行辅助生殖反复种植失败患者心理弹性水平与生活质量的相关性。方法选取2019年12月至2020年12月无锡市妇幼保健院收治的95例因不孕症行辅助生殖反复种植失败的患者作为研究对象。采用基线资料调查表收集患者基线资料,采用心理弹性量表及生育生活质量问卷评价患者的心理弹性水平及生活质量,并分析两者的相关性。结果95例患者的心理弹性水平评分为(64.97±11.25)分,生育生活质量评分为(68.63±2.63)分。单因素分析显示,患者就诊医院数量、家庭年收入、学历是影响行辅助生殖反复种植失败患者生育生活质量的危险因素(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,患者家庭年收入、就诊医院数量、心理弹性水平是影响行辅助生殖反复种植失败患者生活质量的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论行辅助生殖反复种植失败患者的心理弹性水平低下,生活质量较差,尤其是就诊医院数量多、家庭年收入低的患者,应积极采取干预措施,提升心理弹性水平,从而改善生活质量。Objective To explore the correlation between the psychological resilience and the quality of life of patients with repeated implantation failure in assisted reproduction.Methods 95 patients with repeated implantation failure due to infertility who were admitted to Wuxi Maternal and Child Health Hospital from December 2019 to December 2020 were selected.Baseline data were collected by the baseline data questionnaire,resilience scale and fertility quality of life questionnaire were used to evaluate the level of resilience and quality of life of patients,and the correlation between the two was analyzed.Results The mental resilience score of 95 patients was(64.97±11.25)score,and the reproductive quality of life score was(68.63±2.63)score.Univariate analysis showed that the number of hospitals,annual family income and educational background were the risk factors affecting the reproductive life quality of patients with repeated assisted reproductive implantation failure(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that the annual family income,the number of hospitals and the level of mental resilience were independent risk factors affecting the quality of life of patients with repeated assisted reproductive implantation failure(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with repeated implantation failures in assisted reproduction have low levels of psychological resilience and poor quality of life,especially those with a large number of hospitals and low family income.Intervention measures should be actively taken to improve the psychological resilience level of patients and improve their quality of life.
