摘 要:目的:分析乙型肝炎不同血清学标志物模式下HBV-DNA定量与肝功能的关系。方法:选择100例乙型肝炎患者,将其分为甲组40例[HBsAg(+)HBeAg(+)HBcAb(+)]、乙组50例[HBsAg(+)HBeAg(-)HBcAb(+)]和丙组10例[HBsAg(+)HBcAb(+)],通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)以及荧光定量PCR(FQPCR)法分别测定3组血清HBV-M以及HBV-DNA含量,同时借助全动生化仪对其各项肝功能指标进行测定,并对其相关性进行分析。结果:甲组HBV-DNA定量以及阳性率均明显高于乙组和丙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);乙组和丙组的HBV-DNA定量以及阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)比较,甲组明显高于乙组,乙组明显高于丙组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在乙型肝炎患者群体中,无论是在HBV-DNA方面还是在阳性率方面,各组均存在一定差异,同时在不同血清学标志物模式下其HBV-DNA水平和其各项肝功能指标也不尽相同。Objective To analyze the relationship between HBV-DNA quantification and liver function under different serological markers of hepatitis B.Method 100 patients with hepatitis B admitted to hospital were selected.They were divided into group A[n=40,HBsAg(+)、HBeg(+)、HBcAb(+)],group B[n=50,HBsAg(+)HBeAg(-)HBcAb(+)]and group c[n=10,HBsAg(+)HBcAb(+)].By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA)and fluorescence quantification PCR(FQPCR)Methods,HBV-M and HBV-DNA content were determined respectively.At the same time,the liver function indexes were measured with the help of full-motion biochemical analyzer,and the correlation is analyzed.Results The quantitative and positive rates of HBV-DNA in group A were significantly higher than those in group B and group C,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in HBV-DNA quantification and positive rate between group B and group C(P>0.05).The ALT and AST of the three groups were significantly higher in group A than those of group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In hepatitis B patients,either in terms of HBV-DNA,or in terms of positive rate,there are some differences among the three groups.At the same time,under different serological marker modes,the HBV-DNA level and various liver function indexes are not the same.
