摘　　要：目的:探讨血管紧张素1-7(Ang1-7)对高血压心肌肥厚和纤维化的影响。方法:选择5只16周龄WKY大鼠(WKY)作为正常血压组,10只16周龄自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)作为SHR组。然后将10只SHR随机分为安慰剂组(SHR+NS)和Ang1-7干预组(SHR+A),干预28 d测血压、完善心脏彩超检查,后在麻醉下开胸取心,行Masso染色比较心肌纤维化变化。结果:①与同周龄WKY相比,20周龄SHR+NS组的血压明显增大(P<0.05);②与同周龄WKY相比,SHR+A组的心肌肥厚和纤维化程度明显增加(P<0.05);③与SHR+NS相比,SHR+A组的心肌肥厚和纤维化程度明显减轻(P<0.05)。结论:在高血压大鼠心肌肥厚模型中,Ang1-7具有逆转心肌肥厚和纤维化的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of angiotensin 1-7(ANG1-7)on hypertensive cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis.Method Five WKY rats(WKY)aged 16 weeks were selected as normal blood pressure group and 10 spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)aged 16 weeks were selected as SHR group.Then,10 SHRs were randomly divided into placebo group(SHR+NS)and Ang1-7 intervention group(SHR+A).After 28 days of intervention,blood pressure was measured and cardiac ultrasound was completed.After 28 days of intervention,thoracotomy and cardiac fibrosis were performed under anesthesia,and Masso staining was performed to compare the changes of myocardial fibrosis.Results①Compared with WKY group,blood pressure of SHR+NS group at 20 weeks of age was significantly increased(P<0.05);②Compared with WKY,the degree of cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis in SHR+A group was significantly increased(P<0.05);③Compared with SHR+NS,the degree of myocardial hypertrophy and fibrosis in SHR+A group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).Conclusion Ang1-7 can reverse cardiac hypertrophy and fibrosis in hypertensive rats.
