摘　　要：采取经验总结法和调查法,提出建立一套科学的农村地籍更新调查管理机制。结合农村地籍更新调查项目的特点,从完善项目管理体系、搭建农村地籍更新调查工作平台、建立质量控制体系、优化作业流程四个方面对管理机制进行研究。工程实践证明,该管理机制的建立能够有效提高农村地籍更新调查项目的管理水平,可以为农村地籍更新调查工作提供有力的支持。By adopting the methods of experience summarizing methods and investigation,a set of scientificmanagement mechanism of rural cadastral updating survey is proposed.Combined with the characteristics of rural cadastral updating survey projects,the management mechanism is studied and elaborated from four aspects,optimizing project management system,building a new working platform,advancing a quality control system,and improving project process.Practice shows that the establishment of management mechanism for rural cadastral updating survey improves the management effect and the data quality.
