摘 要:满足投影变形要求的独立坐标系是城市工程建设的重要基础。由于西宁市地势复杂,平均海拔超2000 m,标准的3°和6°高斯平面坐标系不能满足西宁市区域对投影变形的要求,不能直接用于工程建设。本文基于数字地形高程模型和高斯投影变形基本理论,通过多组数据分析、对比,确定了合适的高程抵偿面和中央子午线,建立了西宁市独立坐标系。成果能为西宁市的工程建设提供技术支撑。The local coordinate system is required for kinds of engineering projects,and it has been an important infrastructure of a city.Due to the hard terrain and the high altitude of Xining,the national standard coordinate system can not be used directly for engineering construction in Xining.Therefore,this paper introduced the basic theory of Gauss projection deformation first,and then,the methods for determining an appropriate surface and central meridian is provided.Finally,experiments are carried out to determine the local coordinate system for Xining.The results can support the construction of engineering in Xining.
