摘 要:以某大型船舶货舱为研究对象,探究了航行途中货舱发生火灾时船体受到波浪和火灾双重载荷作用下的强度情况.基于目标船的水动力分析和自建的FDS-ABAQUS耦合分析方法,分别通过ABAQUS和PATRAN软件完成了货舱在热载荷作用下的热力响应分析和波浪载荷作用下的结构强度分析.云图结果显示,波浪和火灾双重载荷下目标船货舱会发生严重变形,其中内底板、后底凳、货舱口围板、中旁底桁、船底、横向框架及两侧纵舱壁下沿部位的应力值均会超过结构的屈服极限.Taking a large ship cargo hold as the research object,the strength of the ship that hull is suffered to wave and fire loads when the cargo hold fires during navigation is studied.Relying on the hydrodynamic analysis of selected ship and the self-built FDS-ABAQUS coupling analysis method,the thermal response analysis of the cargo hold under thermal load is completed by ABAQUS and the structural strength analysis under wave load is completed by PATRAN.Results of stress nephogram demonstrate that the cargo hold of selected ship will be seriously deformed under wave and fire loads,and the stress of inner bottom plate,lower stool in back,cargo hatch coaming,bottom center and side girders,bottom,transverse framework and the lower edge of the longitudinal bulkheads on both sides will exceed the yield limit of the structure.
