平板火焰直喷燃烧器的实验与数值仿真研究

摘  要:燃烧器是家用燃气灶具的核心部件,直接决定燃气灶具的热负荷、热效率、CO排放量等关键参数,本文针对平板直喷燃烧器进行了实验和数值仿真研究.研究结果表明:热负荷、热效率、CO排放量等计算结果相比实验结果误差在20%以内;一次空气系数随着喷嘴压力的升高而增加,而过量空气系数随喷嘴压力的升高而降低;一次空气系数与过量空气系数均随一次空气进口压力和一次空气进口面积的增加而增加.温度场以及传热理论分析结果表明,平板直喷燃烧器在热效率方面更具优势.Burners are the core of hobs.Thermal power,Thermal efficiency,CO emission and many other essential parameters are determined by the structure of burner.Experimental tests and Simulation analysis are used to optimize the performance of burners in this paper.The deviation of essential parameters results between the simulation analysis and experimental test are less than 20%.The primary air coefficient will be increased by the improving the pressure of nozzle.Excess air coefficient will be reduced by improving the pressure of nozzle.The primary air coefficient will be increased by increasing the area and pressure of primary air.Through analyzing the contours of temperature and heat transfer theory,it shows that flat burners have the advantage of higher thermal efficiency than others.
