摘 要:玉米芯和糠醛渣均可作为沼气发酵的原料,二者的原料产气率分别为613,412 mL·g^(-1);TS产气率分别为681,457 mL·g^(-1);VS产气率分别为695,571 mL·g^(-1).两种原料发酵前后的有机质含量均发生变化,其中玉米芯中纤维素和糠醛渣中的木质素降解率最高,分别为93.79%,87.19%,降解率最低的为粗蛋白,糠醛渣的粗蛋白降解率只有2%;发酵前后料液中的总糖、还原糖和淀粉含量的变化均高于发酵前,而低聚糖含量的变化均低于发酵前;将累积产气量曲线运用一级动力学Modified Gomepertz方程进行拟合,分析2种原料消化周期中的产沼气规律.该试验结果为玉米芯和糠醛渣厌氧消化的工程应用和生物能源化开发提供研究理论和技术支撑.Corncob and furfural residue can be used as raw materials for biogas fermentation.The gas production rates of corncob and furfural residue were 613,412 mL·g^(-1),respectively.The gas production rates of TS were 681 mL·g^(-1)and 457 mL·g^(-1),respectively.VS gas production rates were 695 mL·g^(-1)and 571 mL·g^(-1).The organic matter content of the two raw materials changed before and after fermentation,in which the lignin degradation rates of cellulose and furfural residue in corncob were the highest,93.79%and 87.19%,respectively,and the crude protein degradation rate was the lowest.The crude protein degradation rate of furfural residue was only 2%.The changes of total sugar,reducing sugar and starch content in feed before and after fermentation were higher than those before fermentation,while the changes of oligosaccharide content were lower than those before fermentation.The cumulative gas production curve was fitted by first-order kinetic Modified Gomepertz equation,and the law of biogas production in the digestion cycle of two kinds of raw materials was analyzed.The experimental results may provide theoretical and technical support for the engineering application and bioenergy development of anaerobic digestion of corncob and furfural residue.
