摘 要:油煤浆高压升温过程中的黏度变化规律已成为煤油共炼工艺实现稳定运行的关键要素。为深入研究煤油共炼油煤浆在高压升温过程中输送易堵塞的问题,选择两类炼厂重质油,分别与循环溶剂(RS)掺混形成二元溶剂,二元溶剂再与煤配制油煤浆,采用自行研制的高温高压黏度仪研究油煤浆在高压升温过程中黏度的变化规律,并与单一循环溶剂配制的油煤浆在高压升温过程中的黏度变化进行对比分析。研究结果表明:在370℃~410℃温度范围内,二元溶剂与煤配制的油煤浆体系的突变黏度比单一RS与煤配制的油煤浆体系中的更高,前者在1 min内出现双黏度峰且第一黏度峰高于第二黏度峰,而油煤浆在单一RS与煤配制的油煤浆体系中只出现1个黏度峰。分析二元体系油煤浆独特的突变现象以及研究升温速度对二元体系和RS体系黏度突变峰的影响表明,较低的升温速度能够促使黏度突变峰前移,同时降低峰的强度,但不改变峰形。梯级升温、降低加热速率、提高扰动氢的流速均有利于降低预热器堵塞的风险,从而为实现煤油共炼长久稳定运行提供理论依据。Viscosity changes of coal oil slurry during heating at high pressure have become the key factor for stable operation of coal oil co-processing technology.In order to solve the blockage problem of the coal oil slurry transportation in coal oil co-processing during heating at high pressure,two kinds of heavy oil from oil refinery,recycle oil and coal with recycle solvent(RS)were chosen to prepare coal oil slurry respectively.A high temperature and pressure viscometer with full intellectual property was used to study the viscosity changes of coal oil slurry during heating at high pressure.The comparison analysis was made between heavy oil from oil refinery-RS-coal slurry and RS-coal slurry.The results show that compared with RS-coal slurry,viscosity changes in heavy oil from oil refinery-RS-coal slurry become more notable in the range of 370℃~410℃.Two viscosity peaks occur within one minute with the characteristics of 1;peak higher than 2;peak.Single viscosity peak occurs for RS-coal slurry during heating.The unusual viscosity changes and influences of heating rates on the viscosity peaks of different slurries(heavy oil from oil refinery-RS-coal slurry and RS-coal slurry)were studied.The results show that the lower heating rate moves the occurrence of viscosity peaks ahead,reduces the intensity of the peaks,and keeps the peak shape similar to that of high heating rate.Step heating,lower heating rate and higher flow rate of disturbed hydrogen are helpful to reduce the blockage risk in the preheater.The research provides a theoretical basis for long-term and stable operation of coal oil co-processing technology.
