摘 要:结合活性焦低温脱硝机理,研究不同烟气条件对活性焦脱硝影响,可获得活性焦脱硝率提升方法与低温脱硝途径,对现有活性焦联合脱除技术的应用及推动我国烟气污染物减排均具有重要的意义。为研究不同烟气成分在110℃~125℃对活性焦脱硝影响,在固定床试验系统上研究不同的反应温度、NO浓度、氧气含量、水蒸气含量、空速对活性焦反应脱硝率的影响。研究结果表明,110℃~125℃范围内,反应温度越低则活性焦脱硝率越高,110℃时脱硝率最高为43.1%;NO初始浓度越高,活性焦脱硝率越高,但脱除后NO浓度相应也更高;氧气浓度由4%增加到8%时,脱硝率增加较为明显,其值从38.6%增至43.0%,而氧气浓度继续增加则脱硝率变化不大;水蒸气对活性焦脱硝反应有抑制作用,水蒸气含量为4%时其脱硝率最高达到43.8%,水蒸气含量为10%时其脱硝率下降至40.2%;随着水蒸气含量增加,反应后活性焦的耐磨、抗压强度大幅下降;空速由300 h^(-1)增加到600 h^(-1)时,脱硝率由43.5%大幅下降至32.7%。Combined with the mechanism of low temperature denitration of activated coke,the influence of different flue gas conditions on denitration of activated coke can be studied,and the method of improving the denitration rate of activated coke and the way of low temperature denitration can be obtained.It is of great significance for the application of the existing activated coke combined removal technology and for promoting the emission reduction of flue gas pollutants in China.In order to study the effect of different flue gas components on the denitrification of activated coke at 110℃~125℃,the effects of different reaction temperature,NO concentration,oxygen content,water vapor content and space velocity on the denitration rate of activated coke reaction were studied on a fixed bed test system.The research results show that in the range of 110℃~125℃,the lower the reaction temperature,the higher the denitrification rate of activated coke,the highest denitration rate is 43.1%at 110℃;the higher the NO concentration,the higher the denitration rate of activated coke,however,the NO concentration after removal is correspondingly higher;when the oxygen concentration increases from 4%to 8%,the denitrification rate increases significantly,its value is increased from 38.6%to 43.0%,but the denitrification rate changes little when the oxygen concentration continues to increase;the denitration reaction of activated coke has an inhibitory effect.When the water vapor content is 4%,the denitration rate reaches a maximum value of 43.8%,when the water vapor content is 10%,the denitration rate drops to 40.2%;with the increase of water vapor content,the wear resistance and compressive strength of activated coke decrease significantly after reaction;when the air velocity increases from 300 h^(-1) to 600 h^(-1),the denitration rate drops sharply from 43.5%to 32.7%.
