摘　　要：目的:检验自杀状态问卷(Suicide Status Form,SSF)中文版在大学生样本中的信度与效度。方法:对248名有自杀倾向的大学生进行中文版SSF施测,以心理痛苦量表、知觉压力量表、激越量表、绝望量表、自我厌恶量表、自杀行为筛查问卷为聚合效度检验工具,以国际简明神经精神访谈为实证效度检验工具。另对114名大学生进行SSF团体施测,间隔一周后完成重测。结果:SSF二因子模型拟合良好(χ^(2)/df=1.25,SRMR=0.02,RMSEA=0.03,NFI=0.99,RFI=0.97,TLI=0.99,AGFI=0.97),各条目与相似测量之间聚合效度良好(r=0.39~0.72),自杀风险现患者在各条目与因子上得分均显著高于非自杀风险现患者(P<0.05)。两个因子Cronbach’sα系数分别为0.73、0.58,各条目和因子的重测信度在0.41~0.83之间。结论:自杀状态问卷中文版信效度良好,可用于后续自杀评估与干预研究。Objective:To examine the reliability and validity of the Suicide Status Form(SSF)in a sample of Chinese College students.Methods:248 suicidal college students were selected as the subjects.The Psychache Scale,Perceived Stress Scales,Agitation Scale,Hopelessness Scale,Self-Disgust Scale,the Suicide Behavior Screening Scale and Mini-International Neuropsychiatric Interview were chosen as the tools.Another 114 students were tested,and completed retest one week later.Results:Suicide Status Form had two factors with good fit indices(χ^(2)/df=1.25,SRMR=0.02,RMSEA=0.03,NFI=0.99,RFI=0.97,TLI=0.99,AGFI=0.97).SSF scores were higher in subjects with current suicide risk than those without current suicide risk(P<0.05).The Cronbach’sαcoefficient for two factors were 0.73 and 0.58.The test-retest reliabilities were 0.41~0.83.Conclusion:The Chinese version of the Suicide Status Form has good reliability and validity,which is suitable for the evaluating suicide assessment and treatment.
