医学生儿童期创伤与自杀意念:述情障碍和反刍思维的链式中介作用

摘　　要：目的:探讨儿童期创伤对医学生自杀意念的影响以及述情障碍和反刍思维在其中的链式中介作用。方法:采用儿童期创伤问卷简化版、多伦多述情障碍问卷、反刍思维量表和Beck自杀意念量表中文版对1480名医学生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)相关分析表明,儿童期创伤、述情障碍、反刍思维和自杀意念间均呈显著正相关;(2)结构方程模型表明,述情障碍、反刍思维在医学生儿童期创伤与自杀意念间起部分中介作用和链式中介作用。结论:儿童期创伤能直接预测医学生的自杀意念,还能通过述情障碍、反刍思维的单独中介与链式中介间接预测自杀意念。Objective:To explore the effect of childhood trauma on suicidal ideation of medical students and the chain mediating effect of alexithymia and rumination.Methods:1480 medical students were investigated with Childhood Trauma Questionnaire-Short Form,Toronto Alexithymia Scale,Ruminative Responses Scale and Beck Scale for Suicide IdeationChinese Version.Results:(1)Correlation analysis showed that there was a significant positive correlation between childhood trauma,alexithymia,rumination and suicidal ideation.(2)Structural equation model showed that alexithymia and rumination played a partial mediating effect and chain mediating effect between childhood trauma and suicidal ideation.Conclusion:Childhood trauma can directly predict the suicidal ideation of medical students,and can indirectly predict the suicidal ideation through partial mediating effect and chain mediating effect of alexithymia and rumination.
