摘　　要：目的:探讨青少年抑郁情绪对专业帮助求助态度的影响,以及抑郁障碍公共污名感和自我污名感在二者之间的单独和链式中介作用。方法:采用抑郁自评量表、抑郁自我污名量表、寻求专业性心理帮助的态度量表对1303名11~24岁青少年进行调查。结果:(1)抑郁情绪显著负向预测专业帮助求助态度(β=-0.32,t=-12.05,P<0.001);(2)抑郁障碍公共污名感和自我污名感在抑郁和专业帮助求助态度之间的单独中介效应均显著(ES=-0.043,95%CI=[-0.064,-0.027];ES=-0.032,95%CI=[-0.050,-0.018]);(3)两类污名感的链式中介效应也显著(ES=-0.012,95%CI=[-0.019,-0.007])。结论:青少年抑郁情绪越严重、越不愿寻求专业帮助,一种可能是普遍存在帮助-否定效应;较严重的抑郁情绪通过增强青少年有关抑郁障碍的公共污名感和自我污名感来间接降低他们对寻求专业帮助的态度。Objective:The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between depression and adolescent attitudes toward seeking professional help,as well as the independent and chain mediating effects of depression public-stigma and self-stigma.Methods:One-thousand-three-hundred-and-three adolescents,11 to 24 years,were investigated by convenient sample using the Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),Depression Self-Stigma Scale(DSSS),and the scale of Attitude Towards Seeking Professional Help(ATSPPH).Results:(1)Depression positively predicted adolescents’ attitudes toward seeking professional help(β=-0.32,t=-12.05,P<0.001);(2)The mediating roles of depression public-stigma and depression self-stigma in the association between adolescents’ depression and attitudes toward seeking professional help were both significant(ES=-0.043,95%CI=[-0.064,-0.027];ES=-0.032,95%CI=[-0.050,-0.018]);(3)The chain mediating effect of two types of stigma was also significant(ES=-0.012,95%CI=[-0.019,-0.007]).Conclusion:The more severe the depression of adolescents,the less likely they are to seek professional help.The widespread help-negative effect is one possibility.By increasing their sense of depression public-stigma and self-stigma,more severe depression may indirectly decrease adolescents’ willingness to seek professional help.
