The Logic Dimension,Strategy Choice and Enlightenment for Enhancing Talent Cultivation Ability from the Backward Developing World's First-class Universities in Foreign Countries

摘  要:国外后发型世界一流大学沿循着以促进学生发展为起点,以创新创业精神为导向,以驱动国家区域社会经济发展为主线的逻辑向度提升其人才培养能力;在实践中以跨学科教育为突破点,以创新创业教育强化人才培养能力,以“产—学—研”一体化培养平台协同创新人才培养模式,以国际化战略优化人才培养环境,形成了提升人才培养能力的特色路径。结合国际经验,我国大学可从探索跨学科人才培养体系、积极推进创新创业教育、建构“产—学—研”培养平台,以及打造国际化的人才培养环境等4个方面提升其人才培养能力。The backward developing world-class universities in foreign countries follow the logic of taking students’development as the starting point,driving national and regional social and economic development as the main line,and taking innovation and entrepreneurship as the guidance to improve their talent cultivation ability.In practice,these universities take interdisciplinary education as a breakthrough point,strengthen talent training with innovation and entrepreneurship education,coordinate talent training with industry-learning-research integrated training platform,and form a unique talent cultivation system with internationalization strategy as a guarantee.Chinese universities can innovate talent cultivation mechanism from four aspects:exploring interdisciplinary talent cultivation system,actively promoting innovation and entrepreneurship education,constructing industry-learning-research cultivation platform and creating an international talent training environment,so as to enhance university talent training ability.
