摘　　要：目的:汇总及评价青光眼病人出院准备服务最佳证据,为青光眼病人出院准备服务临床实践提供科学依据。方法:系统检索各指南网和数据库中与青光眼病人出院准备服务相关的临床决策、推荐实践、指南、证据总结、系统评价及专家共识,按纳入与排除标准对文献进行筛选,根据文献类型采用相应的标准进行质量评价,按主题对证据进行提取与汇总,召集利益相关者对证据进行解读、评价证据的可用性。结果:共筛选出13篇文献,包括1篇临床决策、1篇澳大利亚Joanna Briggs循证卫生保健中心(JBI)推荐实践、7篇临床实践指南与4篇JBI证据总结;汇总与提取了13条证据,证据内容包括出院准备服务目的、团队构成与培训、内容与实施3个方面;经过评价2条证据为弱推荐,13条证据全部纳入临床应用,其中证据4、证据5、证据6、证据7及证据13-①需结合临床情况调整后再应用。结论:本证据总结可为青光眼病人出院准备服务实践提供科学依据,但实践者需结合病人实际情况与临床情况审慎使用。Objective:To sum up and assess the best evidence for the discharge preparation service of glaucoma patients,and provide scientific basis for the clinical practice of glaucoma patients′discharge preparation service.Methods:The clinical decision,recommended practice,guideline,evidence summary,systematic review,and expert consensus on discharge preparation services for glaucoma patients in each guideline website and database were searched systematically.The literature was screened based on the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Relevant criteria were applied for quality evaluation according to the article′s type.Then evidence was extracted and summarized according to the subjects.Stakeholders were gathered to interpret and evaluate the evidence.Results:A total of 13 papers were selected,including one clinical decision-making,one JBI recommended practice,seven clinical practice guidelines,and four JBI evidence summaries.A total of 13 items of evidence were extracted and summed up,including three aspects of the discharge preparation service goal,discharging team,and content and practice of course.Based on the evaluation,two items of evidence were B recommendation,all of the thirteen items of evidence were enrolled into clinical practice,and items of evidence 4,5,6,7 and 13-①It should be adjusted according to the clinical situation before application in clinical practice.Conclusions:This evidence summary could provide a scientific basis for the clinical practice of the glaucoma patients′discharge preparation service.However,practitioners should consider the patients′characteristics and the clinical environment.
