摘　　要：目的:分析我国护理敏感质量指标文献的现状。方法:检索中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库以及中国生物医学数据库从建库至2021年7月收录的有关护理敏感质量指标研究的文献,对其年份、期刊、被引频率、基金、高频关键词以及研究领域情况进行分析。结果:最终纳入659篇文献,发文量呈上升趋势;核心期刊载文量50篇,总被引频次1402次;基金资助文献109篇;最常见的关键词为“护理敏感指标”;研究领域主要集中在手术室、重症监护室(ICU)、产科等科室。结论:护理敏感质量指标发文量逐渐增多,但文献质量亟待提高。期望拓展研究深度,为促进护理敏感指标的临床应用提供更有利的依据。Objective:To analyze the status quo of literature onnursing sensitive quality indicators in China.Methods:The literature on nursing sensitive quality indicators collected from CNKI,Wanfang Database,VIP database and China Biology Medicine disc from the establishment of the database to July 2021 was searched,and the year,journals,citation frequency,funds,high-frequency keywords and research fields were analyzed.Results:Totally 659 papers were included,and the number of published papers showed an increasing trend.There were 50 papers in core journals,were cited 1402 times in total,109 papers supported by the foundation.The most common keywords was"nursing sensitive index".The research fields mainly focused on operating room,intensive care unit(ICU)and obstetrics departments.Conclusions:The number of papers published on nursing sensitive quality indicators has gradually increased,but the quality of the papers need to be improved.It is expected to expand the research depth and provide a more favorable basis for promoting the clinical application of nursing sensitive indicators.
