海南洋浦港临港产业与港口供应链的互动关系  

The interaction between port industry and port supply chain in Yangpu Port of Hainan

摘　　要：为加快洋浦港临港产业与港口供应链的互动发展,分析两者的现状,研究两者的互动机理,采用灰色关联度的实证分析方法构建互动关系指标模型,对洋浦港临港产业与港口供应链间的互动关系进行定量分析和评价。定量分析结果表明:在基础要素条件维度、规模经济效应维度、运作支持能力维度下,洋浦港临港产业与港口供应链的互动关联度分别为0.6742、0.6307、0.6897,互动性较高。互动关系评价结果表明:洋浦港临港产业与港口供应链的互动关系有待加强,相互促进作用未充分发挥。从临港产业层面、港口企业层面提出推动两者融合互动的对策建议,如改进产业政策,调整产业模式,优化产业结构,完善基础设施,创新管理体制,提升港口作业能力等,促进洋浦港临港产业和港口供应链的协调发展。In order to accelerate the interactive development of Yangpu Port′s port industry and port supply chain,the paper analyzes the current situation of them and studies the mechanism of interaction between them,constructs an interactive relationship index model using the empirical analysis method of Grey Relational Analysis,and quantitatively analyzes and evaluates the interactive relationship between Yangpu Port′s port industry and port supply chain.The results of quantitative analysis show that the interaction correlation between Yangpu Port′s port industry and port supply chain is 0.6742,0.6307 and 0.6897 in the dimension of basic factor conditions,scale economies effect dimensionality and operational support ability,respectively.The interactivity is high.The evaluation results of the interaction relationship show that the interaction relationship between the port industry of Yangpu Port and the port supply chain needs to be strengthened,and the mutual promotion role has not been given full play.Countermeasures and suggestions to promote the integration and interaction between the two are proposed at the level of port-side industries and port enterprises,such as improving industrial policies,adjusting industrial mode,optimizing industrial structure,improving infrastructure,innovating management system and enhancing port operation capacity,etc.,so as to promote the coordinated development of port-side industries and port supply chain in Yangpu Port.
