摘　　要：烷基化油具有辛烷值高、抗爆性能好、蒸气压低及燃烧清洁等优点。本文介绍了当前生产烷基化油的主要工艺技术,硫酸烷基化技术是现阶段烷基化技术路线中最好的选择。以一套采用CDAlky技术的装置为例,结合生产工艺特点,对烷基化油生产过程中可能存在的危险性进行分析,并提出工艺上采取的针对性安全防护措施,保障装置安全稳定运行。Alkylated oil has the advantages of high octane number,good antiknock performance,low vapor pressure and clean combustion.This paper introduces the current main process technology for producing alkylate oil.Sulfuric acid alkylation technology is the best choice in the current alkylation technology route.Taking a set of equipment using CDAlky technology as an example,combined with the characteristics of the production process,it analyzes the possible dangers in the production process of alkylate,and proposes targeted safety protection measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of the equipment.
