摘　　要：免疫电泳是在凝胶电泳与凝胶扩散试验的基础上发展起来的一系列蛋白质分析技术。《中国药典》2020年版增订了“免疫化学法”通则,其中提及了多种免疫电泳法。本文对“免疫化学法”通则中涉及的免疫电泳法的定义、分类及基本原理进行了概述,分析、总结了各种免疫电泳法的优缺点和典型用途,旨在为新版药典的正确使用和药典实施提供参考。Immunoelectrophoresis is a series of protein analysis techniques developed on the basis of gel electrophoresis and gel diffusion tests.The Chinese Pharmacopoeia2020 updated the general notice of“immunochemical methods”,which mentioned a variety of immunoelectrophoresis methods.This article introduces the definition,classification and basic principles of immunoelectrophoresis involved in the general notice of“immunochemical methods”,and analyzes and summarizes the advantages,disadvantages and typical applications of various immunoelectrophoresis methods.It aims to provide a reference for the correct use and implementation of the new edition of the Pharmacopoeia.
