摘　　要：上世纪80年代,诸城外贸有限责任公司依托诸城“商品经济大合唱”有利契机,主动实施“四到门、三赊销、两公开、一结算”的产供销一条龙服务,探索走出“贸工农一体化,产加销一条龙”的经营模式,有效地解决了当时农业生产、加工、流通脱节的问题,带动了农民增收和农村经济发展。Relying on the favorable opportunities of Zhucheng’s “coordinated development of agriculture, industry, commerce, and trade” in the 1980s, Zhucheng Foreign Trade Co., Ltd. took the initiative to implement the coordinated production-supply-marketing services and developed an operation mode of the “integration of trade, industry and agriculture, and the one package service of production, processing and marketing”. It not only effectively solved the problem of disconnection between agricultural production, processing, and circulation at that time, but it also increased farmers’ income and the development of rural economy. To adapt to the new changes of the market economy, the company innovated its integrated business model of trade, industry, and agriculture, and developed later into a new “company+base+-farmer” development mode, which is more suitable for the actualsituations of the enterprise. By incorporating the traditional agriculture into the track of modern production, regional development, and standardized operation, and enterprise management, the company has been taken the lead in developing the industrialized operation road in the country and has become a source of agricultural industrialization.
