摘　　要：目的:观察羚羊角胶囊结合盐酸硫必利片治疗小儿抽动症的临床效果。方法:选取抽动症患儿84例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各42例。对照组口服盐酸硫必利片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联用羚羊角胶囊治疗。比较2组治疗前后耶鲁抽动症整体严重度量表(YGTSS)评分。比较2组发病频率、间歇时长、不良反应发生率及病情复发率。结果:治疗后,观察组总有效率为95.24%,高于对照组83.33%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组YGTSS评分均低于治疗前,且观察组YGTSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组发病频率低于对照组(P<0.05),间歇时长长于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:羚羊角胶囊联合盐酸硫必利片治疗小儿抽动症疗效确切,可降低发病频率及复发风险,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Lingyangjiao capsules combined with tiapride hydrochloride tablets for infantile Tourette syndrome.Methods:A total of 84 cases of children with Tourette syndrome were selected as research objects,and were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was given the oral administration of tiapride hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Lingyangjiao capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Yale Global Tic Severity Scale(YGTSS)scores before and after treatment in the two groups were compared.The incidence frequency,the duration of intermission,the incidence of adverse reactions and the recurrence rates of disease in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 95.24%in the observation group,higher than that of83.33%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,YGTSS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and YGTSS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the incidence frequency in the observation group was lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of intermission was longer(P<0.05).There was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the incidences of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Lingyangjiao capsules combined with tiapride hydrochloride tablets for infantile Tourette syndrome has a definite curative effect,and can reduce the incidence frequency and the recurrence risk of infantile Tourette syndrome with high safety.
