摘 要:为提高干法造纸成型的均匀性,运用Fluent软件对成型布料器中的负压箱结构进行流体动力学模拟计算,研究不同负压箱内部结构及排风量对箱体流场分布均匀性的影响规律;在箱体内选取120个采样点,通过仿真计算得到不同负压箱结构和不同排风量时这些点对应的速度不均匀系数,根据速度不均匀系数曲线的变化得到流场变化规律。结果表明,敞开式五风道结构的负压箱更有利于形成均匀稳定的流场,且排风量对内部流场的均匀性影响较小。In order to improve the uniformity of air-laid papermaking,the fluid dynamics of the negative pressure box structure in the forming distributor was simulated by Fluent software,the influences of negative pressure box internal structure and exhausting volume on the uniformity of flow field distribution in the box was studied.The velocity inhomogeneity coefficients of 120 selected sampling points under different negative pressure box structure and different exhausting volume were obtained from the simulation calculation,the variation law of flow field was then obtained accroding to the variation curve of the above-caculated velocity inhomogeneity coefficients.The results showed that the negative pressure box with open five-duct structure is more conducive to the formation of uniform and stable flow field,and the exhausting volume has minor effect on the uniformity of internal flow field.
