摘 要:对某含铜金银多金属硫化矿尾矿进行了综合利用试验研究。该尾矿主要有价元素为Cu、Au和Ag,含量分别为0.16%、0.36 g/t、62.74 g/t,主要金属矿物为黄铁矿和黄铜矿,金、银主要分布于黄铜矿中,其次分布于黄铁矿中。采用磨矿-铜硫混合浮选-铜硫分离浮选工艺回收尾矿中的有价组分,开展了磨矿细度、矿浆pH值、分散剂用量、捕收剂用量等浮选条件试验,确定了相关工艺参数,闭路试验获得了铜精矿产率0.68%,Cu品位18.96%、Au品位36.75 g/t、Ag品位5 286.37 g/t, Cu回收率80.58%、Au回收率69.42%、Ag回收率58.79%;硫精矿产率3.39%,S品位37.16%、Cu含量0.28%、Au含量2.05 g/t、Ag含量306.81 g/t, S回收率78.24%、Cu回收率5.93%、Au回收率19.30%、Ag回收率17.01%;实现了堆存尾矿中Cu、Au、Ag、S等有价元素的高效综合利用。Copper, gold and silver are the main valuable elements in the tailings of a polymetallic sulfide ore, with content correspondingly of 0.16%, 0.36 g/t and 62.74 g/t. Pyrite and chalcopyrite are the predominant metal minerals therein, while gold and silver are mostly distributed in chalcopyrite, followed by pyrite. The valuable components were recovered by grinding, Cu-S bulk flotation and Cu/S flotation separation processes. According to the condition tests, flotation parameters such as grinding fineness, pulp pH value, dosage of dispersant and collector were optimized. The close-circuit test yielded a copper concentrate with a yield of 0.68%, grading 18.96% Cu, 36.75 g/t Au and 5 286.37 g/t Ag, with recoveries of 80.58% Cu, 69.42% Au and 58.79% Ag, respectively, and a sulfur concentrate with the yield of 3.39%, grading 37.16% S, 0.28% Cu, 2.05 g/t Au and 306.81 g/t Ag, with recoveries of 78.24% S, 5.93% Cu, 19.30% Au and 17.01% Ag, respectively. With this approach, valuable elements such as Cu, Au, Ag and S in the tailings can be comprehensively utilized in an efficient way.
