摘 要:为研究磷酸二氢钾(KH_(2)PO_(4))不同添加量对鱼菜共生系统的影响,以宝石鲈(Scortum barcoo)和红颜草莓(Fragaria orientalis)为研究对象,添加KH_(2)PO_(4)质量浓度分别为0 mg/L(对照组)和100 mg/L(试验组A)、200 mg/L(试验组B)、400 mg/L(试验组C),并对不同组别下系统中的三态氮、活性磷、钾离子质量浓度变化趋势以及宝石鲈、草莓生长性能进行比较分析。结果显示:不同质量浓度KH_(2)PO_(4)对鱼菜共生系统中三态氮质量浓度变化没有明显影响,系统中活性磷和钾离子质量浓度与KH_(2)PO_(4)质量浓度呈正相关;试验组B宝石鲈生长情况最好;试验组C草莓生长情况最好,但宝石鲈生长情况最差。研究表明,添加适量KH_(2)PO_(4)可以促进宝石鲈和草莓生长,当其质量浓度为200 mg/L时,可以使宝石鲈和草莓同时获得较好的生长性能,提升鱼菜共生系统整体产量。The different concentrations of potassium dihydrogen phosphate(KH_(2)PO_(4))on the water quality and the growth of fish and vegetables in the aquaponic system were studied by controlling the KH_(2)PO_(4) content added.Jade perch and strawberry were selected as experimental objects,and one control group and three treatment groups were set up,with KH_(2)PO_(4) concentrations of 0,100,200,and 400 mg/L respectively.The changing trend of three state nitrogen,active phosphorus and potassium ion concentration in the system and the growth performance of gem perch and strawberry were compared and analyzed under different groups.The results showed that different concentrations of KH_(2)PO_(4) had no significant effect on the basic water quality such as water temperature,pH,dissolved oxygen and the concentration of three-state nitrogen in the aquaponic system.The contents of active phosphorus and potassium ions in the system were positively correlated with the concentration of KH_(2)PO_(4);When the concentration of KH_(2)PO_(4) was 200 mg/L,the weight gain rate of jade perch reached maximum,and when the concentration was 400 mg/L,the weight and height gain rate of strawberry reached maximum while the weight gain rate of jade perch decreased.The results showed that adding KH_(2)PO_(4) to the aquaponics system could promote the growth of jade perch and strawberry,and when the concentration of KH_(2)PO_(4) is 200 mg/L,the aquaponic system showed the optimal productivity.
