多学科协作式肺康复护理模式在COPD稳定期患者中的应用效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨多学科协作式肺康复护理模式在慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)稳定期患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月—2019年12月该院收治的100例COPD稳定期患者,随机将患者分为研究组(n=50)和对照组(n=50)。对照组采用呼吸科常规护理模式,研究组在对照组基础上采用多学科协作式肺康复护理模式。比较两组干预前后的一般自我效能感量表(general self-efficacy scale,GSES)评分、6 min步行试验(6-minute walking test,6MWT)、圣乔治呼吸问卷(the St.George’s respiratory questionaire,SGRQ)评分。结果干预3个月后,研究组的CSES评分、6MWT、SGRQ评分均显著优于干预前及对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多学科协作式肺康复护理模式可提高稳定期COPD患者的自我效能感及运动耐力,增加其进行康复训练的信心,提高其生活质量,可以为临床制定肺康复护理方案提供参考借鉴。Objective To explore the application effect of multidisciplinary collaborative pulmonary rehabilitation nursing model in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in stable stage.Methods 100 patients with stable COPD who admitted to the hospital from October 2018 to December 2019 were selected.Randomized controlled trials were used to divide then into a study group(n=50)and a control group(n=50).The control group adopts the routine nursing model of respiratory department,and the research group adopts the multidisciplinary collaborative pulmonary rehabilitation nursing model on the basis of the control group.The general self-efficacy scale(GSES)scores,6-minute walking test(6MWT),the St.George’s respiratory questionaire(SGRQ)scores before and after the intervention were compared between the two groups.Results After 3 months of intervention,the CSES score,6MWT and SGRQ scores of the study group were significantly better than those before the intervention and the control group,and the difference between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The multidisciplinary collaborative pulmonary rehabilitation nursing model can improve the self-efficacy and exercise endurance of patients with stable COPD,and increase their confidence in rehabilitation training,and improving their quality of life,can provide reference for the clinical development of a pulmonary rehabilitation nursing system.
