快速康复护理在宫腔镜围术期的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析快速康复护理模式在宫腔镜围术期的应用效果。方法选取2019年4月—2020年4月在该院接受宫腔镜手术治疗的102例患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,各51例。对照组患者采用常规护理,观察组患者采用快速康复护理。对比两组患者的术后并发症发生率及住院时间、下床活动时间、排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间。结果对照组的术后并发症发生率为19.61%,高于观察组的3.92%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的住院时间为(4.22±1.01)d、下床活动时间为(15.24±2.79)h、排气时间为(21.05±2.59)h、肠鸣音恢复时间为(12.53±1.97)h,均显著短于对照组的(6.46±2.23)d、(27.35±3.02)h、(28.23±3.22)h、(16.24±2.26)h,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在宫腔镜围术期实行快速康复护理的效果显著,能明显降低患者术后并发症发生率,缩短住院时间及下床活动时间,有助于加快术后康复进程,值得在临床中使用及推广。Objective Analyze the application effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing in the perioperative period of hysteroscopy.Methods A total of 102 patients who underwent hysteroscopic surgery in this hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 51 cases in each.Patients in the control group adopted conventional nursing,and patients in the observation group adopted rapid rehabilitation nursing.The incidence of postoperative complications and hospitalization time,time to get out of bed,exhaust time,recovery time of bowel sounds of the two groups of patients were compared.Results The postoperative complication rate in the control group was 19.61%,which was higher than 3.92%in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the hospitalization time was(4.22±1.01)d,the time to get out of bed was(15.24±2.79)h,the exhaust time was(21.05±2.59)h,and the recovery time of bowel sounds was(12.53±1.97)h,all of which were significant shorter than the control group’s(6.46±2.23)d,(27.35±3.02)h,(28.23±3.22)h,(16.24±2.26)h,the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of rapid rehabilitation nursing during the perioperative period of hysteroscopy is significant,which can significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,shorten the hospitalization time and the time of getting out of bed,and help speed up the postoperative recovery process.It is worthy of clinical use and promotion.
