摘 要:目的探讨磁刺激神经调控治疗运动发育迟缓患儿的效果。方法选取2017年1月—2020年3月该院收治的100例运动发育迟缓患儿,按照随机数字表法分为两组,每组50例。对照组采用传统康复治疗,研究组采用磁刺激神经调控治疗。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、运动功能及发育情况。结果研究组的临床治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的88项粗大运动功能评分量表(gross motor function measure,GMFM-88)各项评分均高于同组治疗前,且研究组的GMFM各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的各项Gesell发育诊断量表评分均高于同组治疗前,且研究组的各项Gesell发育诊断量表评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用磁刺激神经调控治疗运动发育迟缓患儿,可有效改善其运动功能,促进患儿发育,疗效确切。Objective To investigate the effect of magnetic stimulation neuromodulation in the treatment of children with motor developmental delay.Methods 100 cases of children with motor developmental delay admitted to this hospital from January 2017 to March 2020 were selected.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional rehabilitation treatment,and the study group was treated with magnetic stimulation neuromo-dulation treatment.The clinical efficacy,motor function and development of the children in the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 80.00%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the gross motor function measure(GMFM-88)scores of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the GMFM scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Gesell developmental diagnostic scale of the two groups were higher than those of the same group before treatment,and the scores of the Gesell developmental diagnostic scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of magnetic stimulation neuromodulati on in the treatment of children with motor developmental delay can effectively improve their motor function and promote the development of children with a definite effect.
