悬吊运动康复训练对脑卒中偏瘫患者躯干控制能力和平衡功能的改善效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨悬吊运动康复训练对改善脑卒中偏瘫患者躯干控制能力和平衡功能的临床疗效。方法选取2019年3月—2020年10月该院收治的脑卒中偏瘫患者84例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为两组,各42例。两组患者均采用常规康复训练,研究组在此基础上加用悬吊运动康复训练。比较两组治疗前及治疗4周后的躯干控制能力和平衡功能、生活自理能力及生活质量。结果干预后,两组躯干控制能力测试、Berg平衡量表、Barthel指数及健康调查简表评分均较各组干预前升高,且研究组以上各项评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论悬吊运动康复训练可有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者的躯干控制能力和平衡功能,临床疗效显著,值得推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of suspension exercise rehabilitation training for improving trunk control and balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods A total of 84 stroke patients with hemiplegia admitted to the hospital from March 2019 to October 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into two group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups of patients used conventional rehabilitation training,and the study group used suspension exercise rehabilitation training on this basis.The trunk control ability and balance function,self-care ability and quality of life were compared between the two groups before treatment and 4 weeks after treatment.Results After the intervention,the trunk control test,Berg balance scale,Barthel index and the MOS item short from health survey scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and the above scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Suspension exercise rehabilitation training can effectively improve the trunk control ability and balance function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.The clinical effect is significant and it is worthy of popularization and application.
