摘　　要：目的探讨康复护理对胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能恢复的影响。方法选取该院2020年1—6月收治的胫骨平台骨折患者98例为研究对象,将其随机分为常规组和康复组,每组49例,分别行常规护理与康复护理,比较两组患者膝关节功能的恢复情况、护理前后的疼痛变化情况与生存质量。结果护理后,康复组膝关节功能优良率为91.84%,较常规组的75.51%明显更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复组患者护理后的视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分为(3.25±1.15)分,较护理前的(7.59±1.35)分明显下降,且明显低于常规组的(5.97±1.21)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复组患者自行行走能力、无需旁人协助、生活自理与未出现消极心理评分分别为(90.19±2.47)分、(89.16±2.47)分、(91.25±2.81)分、(91.28±2.74)分,均高于常规组的(78.61±1.43)分、(77.65±1.72)分、(76.32±1.48)分、(77.15±1.73)分,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论康复护理能促进胫骨平台骨折患者膝关节功能的恢复,减轻患者疼痛,提高患者生存质量,值得在临床中推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of rehabilitation nursing on the recovery of knee joint function in patients with tibial plateau fractures.Methods A total of 98 patients with tibial plateau fractures who were admitted to the hospital from January to June 2020 were selected as the research objects,and they were randomly divided into a conventional group and a rehabilitation group,with 49 patients in each group.Routine nursing and rehabilitation nursing were performed respectively,and the recovery of knee joint function,changes in pain before and after nursing,and quality of life were compared between the groups.Results After nursing,the excellent and good rate of knee joint function in the rehabilitation group was 91.84%,which was significantly higher than the 75.51%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The visual analogue scoring(VAS)score of patients in the rehabilitation group after nursing was(3.25±1.15)points,which was significantly lower than the(7.59±1.35)points before nursing,and was significantly lower than the(5.97±1.21)points of the conventional group,the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of patients in the rehabilitation group for self-walking ability,no assistance from others,self-care and no negative psychology were(90.19±2.47)points,(89.16±2.47)points,(91.25±2.81)points and(91.28±2.74)points,respectively,which were significantly higher than the(78.61±1.43)points,(77.65±1.72)points,(76.32±1.48)points and(77.15±1.73)points of the conventional group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing can promote the recovery of knee joint function in patients with tibial plateau fractures,reduce pain,and improve the quality of life of patients.It is worthy of clinical application.
