摘　　要：目的研究功能康复训练在高龄患者髋关节置换术后的应用效果。方法抽选2019年5月—2020年4月于该院行髋关节置换术的90例高龄患者为研究对象,按入院先后顺序分为对照组与康复组,每组45例。对照组采用术后常规康复,康复组在对照组基础上进行功能康复训练。比较两组患者的Harris髋关节功能评分(HHS)、并发症发生情况及满意度。结果康复组术后1、3、6个月的HHS评分均高于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复组患者并发症发生率(4.44%)显著低于对照组(20.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。康复组患者满意度(95.56%)明显高于对照组(82.22%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高龄髋关节置换术患者术后进行功能康复训练的效果显著,可改善患者的髋关节功能,减少并发症的发生,并提高满意度,值得在临床中推广与应用。Objective To study the application effect of functional rehabilitation training in elderly patients after hip replacement.Methods 90 elderly patients who underwent hip replacement in this hospital from May 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into a control group and a rehabilitation group according to the order of admission,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received routine postoperative rehabilitation,and the rehabilitation group performed functional rehabilitation training on the basis of the control group.The Harris hip function score(HHS),complications and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The HHS scores of the rehabilitation group at 1,3,and 6 months after operation were higher than those of the control group,and the differences between the groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the rehabilitation group(4.44%)was significantly lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of patients in the rehabilitation group(95.56%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(82.22%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of functional rehabilitation training on elderly patients with hip replacement is remarkable,which can improve the function of hip joint,reduce the occurrence of complications and improve satisfaction,which is worth popularizing and applying widely in clinic.
