摘  要:为探究鸡骨草对实验性肝损伤犬血清中转氨酶的影响,选择6月龄犬20只,随机分为治疗组1、治疗组2、治疗组3、模型组和正常对照组。除正常对照组外,治疗组1、治疗组2、治疗组3及模型组连续2周饲喂发霉变质犬粮,于第7天和第14天采集血液并分离血清,检测肝功能,评价肝脏损伤情况。治疗组1、治疗组2、治疗组3于第15天分别按照10 mL/d、30 mL/d、50 mL/d的剂量用胃管灌胃鸡骨草煎剂,模型组不做灌胃给药处理。治疗组连续灌胃20 d,分别于第0、1、3、7、10、14、17和20天采集血液并分离血清,检测转氨酶水平。结果表明,与模型组和正常对照组相比,各治疗组均能有效降低犬血清中的ALT、AST水平(P<0.05或P<0.01);从转氨酶恢复情况看,治疗组3效果优于治疗组2和治疗组1,但各组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。说明鸡骨草对实验性肝损伤犬有较好的治疗作用。In order to explore the effect of Herba Abri Fruticulosi on serum aminotransferase in canine with experimental liver injury,20 6-month-old canine were randomly divided into treatment group 1,treatment group 2,treatment group3,model group and normal control group.Except for the normal control group,treatment group 1,treatment group 2,treatment group 3 and model group were continuously fed with contaminated diet for 2 weeks,and blood was collected on the 7th and 14th day to separate serum,then liver function was determined to evaluate liver injury.On the 15th day,treatment group 1,treatment group 2 and treatment group 3 were given Herba Abri Fruticulosi decoction by gastric tube at the dose of 10 mL,30 mL and 50 mL daily respectively,blood sample was collected and serum was separated on the 0,1st,3rd,7th,10th,14th,17th and 20th day after continuous gavage treatment for 20 days.The results showed that compared with the model group and normal control group,each treatment group could effectively reduce the level of ALT and AST in dog serum( P0.05).The results showed that Herba Abri Fruticulosi had good therapeutic effect on experimental liver injury in dogs.
