鸡大肠杆菌病的辨证和中西医治疗

摘　　要：鸡大肠杆菌病是家禽养殖业中常见多发性疾病之一。因大肠杆菌的耐药性增强,抗生素药效降低,探索和改进临床治疗方法是急需解决的问题。本文通过鸡大肠杆菌病的临床表现、病理变化,从脏腑辨证和卫气营血辨证等方面对该病进行分析。外邪(大肠杆菌)侵犯病鸡后机体表现为实热病证,心火亢盛、气血瘀滞、湿热内蕴;随着病情加重,表现为里虚病证,脾气虚弱、肝不藏血、肾气虚弱;在大肠杆菌病发病的不同阶段也可辨证为卫气营血中的卫分、气分、营分和血分病证。治疗可采用中药与抗生素联用的方法,并优先选择具有清热生津、燥湿解毒和涩肠止痢的中药。三黄汤具有清热燥湿、泻火、解毒的作用,黄连解毒散具有清热凉血、止痢的功效,是治疗大肠杆菌病的代表性药物。Chicken colibacillosis is a common and multiple disease in poultry industry.The efficacy of antibiotics decreases with the increasing drug resistance of Escherichia coli,and traditional Chinese medicine has good effect in the treatment of chicken colibacillosis.By the clinical manifestations and the pathological changes of the disease,it was analyzed from the aspects of Zang-Fu syndrome differentiation and Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue syndrome differentiation in this paper.It was found that the performance of body could be characterized as the excess heat syndrome after it was invaded by Escherichia coli,which was considered as “Wai-Xie”.The excess heat syndrome could also be divided into different types such as hyperactivity of heart fire,stagnation of Qi and blood,accumulation of damp heat and other syndromes.With the aggravation of the disease the interior deficiency syndrome appeared,mainly characterized by weakness of Pi-Qi,lack of blood in the liver,weakness of Shen-Qi,etc.In the full process of chicken colibacillosis,the syndrome could also be differentiated as Wei-Fen,Qi-Fen,Ying-Fen and Xue-Fen at different stages with Wei-Qi-Ying-Xue syndrome differentiation.In view of this disease,traditional Chinese medicine and antibiotics can be used together,and the traditional Chinese medicine with clearing heat and generating fluid,drying dampness and detoxification,astringent intestine and stopping dysentery is preferred.Sanhuangtang has the functions of clearing heat,drying dampness,purging fire and detoxifying,while Huanglian Jiedu San has the effects of clearing heat,cooling blood and stopping dysentery,which are representative medicine for the treatment of colibacillosis.
