基于移动护理的沟通系统对慢性肾病血液净化患者的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨基于移动护理的治疗性沟通系统对慢性肾病血液净化患者自护能力的影响。方法2020年6月-2021年6月选取医院慢性肾病行血液净化患者92例,采用组间基本资料匹配原则将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组46例。对照组行常规健康指导,观察组应用基于移动护理的沟通系统对患者实施干预,比较两组干预前后自护能力、遵医行为及生活质量改善情况,并记录两组治疗期间并发症发生情况。结果 干预后观察组自护能力总评分、遵医行为总评分及生活质量总评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组6个月并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 基于移动护理的沟通系统能有效提高慢性肾病血液净化患者自护能力及遵医行为,从而降低患者血液净化相关并发症发生率,改善患者生活质量。Objective To explore the effect of therapeutic communication system based on mobile nursing on self-care ability of patients with chronic kidney disease with blood purification. Methods From June 2020 to June 2021, 92 patients with chronic kidney disease who underwent blood purification in the hospital were selected and divided into an observation group and a control group according to the principle of basic data matching, with 46patients in each group. The control group received routine health guidance, the observation group used mobile nursing based communication system to implement intervention for patients. The improvement of self-care ability, compliance behavior and quality of life of the two groups before and after intervention was compared, the occurrence of complications between the two groups during treatment was recorded. Results After intervention,the total scores of self-care ability, compliance behavior and quality of life in the observation group were higher than the control group, the dif ferences were statistically significant(P<0.05). The complication rate of 6 months in the observation group was lower than the control group, the dif ference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The communication system based on mobile nursing could effectively improve the self-care ability and compliance behavior of patients with chronic kidney disease blood purification, thus reducing the disease. The incidence of complications related to blood purification could improve the quality of life of patients.
