摘  要:为了打破钢铁生产企业现有系统之间的信息壁垒,集中监控生产全流程数据,通过物质流、能量流和信息流(三流)之间的协同,实现公司调度的“提前预测、精准调度”,提出一种钢铁生产全流程智能协同管控策略,并进行智能协同管控系统的设计。首先,针对钢铁企业生产管理现状和主要任务进行分析,阐述“三流”协同的基本概念,总结企业对智能协同管控系统的需求;然后,分别采用B/S架构和分布式技术进行系统总体架构和数据库系统的设计,基于Pearson相关性分析方法选择产能预测模型的输入变量,并采用Elman神经网络进行建模,再对系统的主要功能进行详细设计;最后,将系统应用于湖南华菱涟源钢铁有限公司生产管理部。运行结果表明,该系统能通过“三流”之间的协同为公司生产管理与能源调度提供有效指导,且视频联动、异常数据报警、产耗量预测等功能表现良好,满足了企业对钢铁生产全流程的智能管控需求。In order to break the information barrier between the existing systems of iron and steel production enterprises,centrally monitor the data of the whole production process,and realize the"advance prediction and accurate scheduling"of the company′s scheduling through the collaboration among material flow,energy flow and information flow.A design method of the intelligent collaborative management and control system for the whole process of iron and steel production was proposed.Firstly,it analyzed the current situation and main tasks of production management in iron and steel enterprises,expounded the basic concept of"three flow"collaboration,and summarized the requirements of enterprises for this system.Secondly,the overall system architecture and database system were designed by using B/S architecture and distributed technology respectively.The input variables of capacity prediction model were selected based on Pearson correlation analysis method,and Elman neural network was used for modeling.Thirdly,the main functions of the system were designed in detail.Finally,the system was applied to the Production Management Department of Hunan Valin Lianyuan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.The operation results show that the system can provide effective guidance for the company’s production management and energy scheduling through the collaboration among"three streams",and the functions of video linkage,abnormal data alarm,production and consumption prediction are good,meeting the intelligent management and control requirements of the enterprise for the whole process of iron and steel production.
