摘 要:采用预聚物法制备了聚氨酯弹性体/红枣核(JUS)复合材料,通过FTIR、DSC、TGA和SEM方法分析了红枣核表面的官能团及其复合材料的力学性能、热稳定性和微观形貌。结果表明,红枣核表面的羟基与异氰酸酯基团反应生成了氨基甲酸酯基团,即参与了预聚物的合成过程,提高了复合材料的热稳定性,当添加量为5%时,软硬段的玻璃化转变温度分别提升了1.77%、13.23%;随着JUS含量的增加,复合材料的拉伸强度和撕裂强度下降幅度较小,当JUS含量为8%时,复合材料的拉伸强度为45.46 MPa,撕裂强度为84.19 kN/m,而断裂伸长率明显提升,其值为528.44%。红枣核加入后,材料的生物可降解性能明显提高。Polyurethane/jujube seed composite were prepared through prepolymer method.The surface functional group of jujube,mechanical properties,thermal stability and microstructure of the composite were analyzed via FTIR,DSC,TGA and SEM.The results showed that—OH in the surface of jujube reacted with—NCO formed urethane group which contributed to better thermal stability,and the glass transition temperature of the soft segment and the hard segment raised 1.77%and 13.23%respectively(5%jujube content).The tensile strength and the tearing strength slightly decreased with the increase of jujube seed content,obtaining 45.46 MPa and 84.19 kN/m when jujube content was 8%.On the contrary,the elongation at break slightly increased with more jujube incorporation.The biodegradability were obviously improved when incorporating jujube seed to polyurethane elastomers.
