摘 要:采用气相色谱-质谱法和顶空-气相色谱-质谱法分析^(60)Co-γ辐照对PET/PE复合膜中产物及气味物质的影响。将不同辐照剂量处理的PET/PE复合膜裁剪为碎片状,采用乙酸乙酯超声提取2 h后,进行GC-MS筛查,并结合谱库、保留指数以及标准品进行鉴别定性。结果表明,在20和50 kGy的^(60)Co-γ辐照下,PET/PE复合膜产生1,3-二叔丁基苯,而其生成量与辐照强度具有一定的正相关性。利用HS-GC-MS对辐照产生的刺激性异味进行分析。选择低、中、高3种气味强度的复合膜样品分别进行测试,并对结果中的13种挥发性物质的响应与气味强度的关系进行讨论。结果表明,仅有1,3-二叔丁基苯和2,4-二叔丁基苯酚的浓度响应与辐照后的异味强度呈正相关性,证明2种物质为疑似气味来源。通过与标准品的气味进行比较,确定2,4-二叔丁基苯酚为刺激性异味的主要来源。The gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS),headspace gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(HS-GC-MS)were applied to study the effects of ^(60)Co-γradiolysis on products in PET/PE composite package and odour released.The PET/PE composite films processed by different irradiation doses were cut into small pieces and ultrasonically extracted with ethyl acetate for 2 h.Besides,analyses were conducted with GC-MS,and spectral library,retention time as well as standard substances were used to confirm unknown substances.The results showed that the breaking of chemical bond C—OH was triggered by ^(60)Co-γirradiation,leading to the generation of such irradiated products as 1,3-ditert-butyl benzene,and the amounts were positively associated with the irradiation intensity.The irritating odor released after irradiation was analyzed using HS-GC-MS.Samples with low,medium and high level of odor intensity were taken for tests,and the relationship between the response of the thirteen volatile substances and the odor intensity was discussed.According to the results obtained,only the concentration response of 1,3-ditert-butyl benzene and 2,4-ditert-butyl phenol was positively associated with the odor intensity after irradiation,so they could be identified as the suspected odor.Compared with the smell of the standard products,2,4-ditert-butyl phenol was finally determined as the main source of irritating odor in this study.
