摘 要:乙二醇醇解法是化学法回收废弃涤纶纺织品的常用方法。但是,染料会影响涤纶纺织品醇解产物的颜色及纯度,是限制废弃涤纶纺织品化学法回收再利用的瓶颈问题。因此,研究染料在涤纶醇解反应中的路径、产物和反应机理,优化醇解反应条件,是解决上述问题的关键。文章以偶氮染料分散橙30为研究对象,分别进行了单独醇解反应以及与涤纶共同醇解反应。利用紫外可见光谱(UV-vis)、红外光谱(FTIR)、差示扫描量热分析(DSC)及液质联用(LC-MS)等分析方法,研究了分散橙30在醇解条件下的反应产物,解析了分散橙30的醇解反应路径,分析了分散橙30降解产物对涤纶降解产物产生的影响。The most widely used method for chemical recycling of waste polyester(PET)textiles was alcoholysis by ultilizing ethylene glycol.However,the dyes contained in the polyester textiles could participate in alcoholysis reaction,which affected the color and purity of the degradation products of polyester.This is a bottleneck problem restricting the chemical recycling of waste polyester textiles.Therefore,the key to solve the bottleneck problem was to study the reaction path,products and reaction mechanism of dyes in alcoholysis reaction and optimize the alcoholysis reaction conditions.In this paper,Disperse Orange 30(DO30),a kind of azo dye,was used as the research object.The self alcoholysis reaction of disperse orange 30 and alcoholysis reaction with polyester fiber were studied,respectively.The alcoholysis products of DO 30 were studied by means of ultraviolet spectroscopy(UV-vis),infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry(LC-MS).The alcoholysis reaction path of DO 30 was analyzed and the effects of DO 30 degradation products on polyester degradation products were also studied.
