摘  要:根据汽车后视镜支架的结构特点,设计了一副大型热流道注塑模具。模具采用型腔纵向分布的分型方案,大简化了模具结构。模具采用斜向滑块和隧道滑块侧向斜抽芯机构,有效改善了成型塑件脱模系统。模具采用合模顺序机构,改善了隧道滑块侧向抽芯机构。模具采用“随形水路”冷却系统、“导柱+边锁+止口”导向定位系统以及“推杆+直推块+推管”脱模系统,结构先进合理。模具投产后运行安全可靠,成型质量稳定,与同类型模具比较成型周期降低了10%,尺寸精度由MT4升至MT3(GB/T14486—2008)。In this work,we designed a large injection mold with hot runner.The mold structure is greatly simplified by using the Longitudinal placement of cavity.The problem of demoulding molded plastic parts was successfully solved by using the tunnel sliding block lateral inclined core pulling mechanism.The problem of tunnel sliding block and direct push block collide with each other during mold closing was solved by using the fixed distance closing mechanism.The mold adopts the cooling system of“conformal cooling channels”,the guiding and positioning system of“guide column+side lock+stop”and the demoulding system of“push rod+direct push block+push pipe”.Compared with the same type of mold.The forming cycle is reduced by 10%and the dimension accuracy increased from MT4 to MT3 which indicates that the mold structure is advanced and reasonable.
