摘  要:以STM32F429微控器为核心,辅以集成数字移相触发电路、采样电路等,设计了晶闸管整流装置的控制系统。首先采用非线性最小平方函数寻优,其次采用非线性设计模块(Nonlinear Control Design,NCD)进行进一步优化,最后得到最优比例积分微分(Proportion、Integration、Differentiation,PID)参数。利用矩阵实验室验证调试整流装置及其控制装置,校正系统参数,并完成装置的总体测试。测试结果表明,系统能够稳定可靠地运行。The control system of thyristor rectifier is designed with STM32F429 microcontroller as the core and integrated digital phase shift trigger circuit and sampling circuit.Firstly,nonlinear least square function was used for optimization,and then Nonlinear Control Design(NCD)was used for further optimization.Finally,Proportion Integration Differentiation(PID)parameter are obtained.The matrix laboratory was used to verify and debug the rectifier and its control device,calibrate the system parameters,and complete the overall test of the device.The test results show that the system can run stably and reliably.
