摘  要:针对当前卫星应急通信网在管控时存在卫星通信系统通道切换时间长、切换过程中存在通信数据丢失严重影响管控效果等问题,引入传输控制协议/网际协议(Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol,TCP/IP)组网技术开展管控系统设计研究。在明确TCP/IP组网技术及具体应用的基础上,对管控系统整体结构进行设计,并针对其具体硬件进行选型研究。通过对比实验,该管控系统的切换时间均为12~30 ms,而对照组切换时间均超过了150 ms。新的管控系统在应用中能够有效缩短卫星通信到地面通信传输的时间,并确保在传输过程中不会出现通信数据丢失,提高卫星应急通信网的通信质量。In view of the problems of the current satellite emergency communication network in the management and control of the satellite communication system,the channel switching time is long,and the loss of communication data during the switching process seriously affects the management and control effect.On the basis of clarifying the Transmission Control Protocol/Internet Protocol(TCP/IP)networking technology and specific applications,the overall structure of the management and control system is designed,and the selection research is carried out for its specific hardware.Through comparative experiments,the switching time of the control system is 12~30 ms,while the switching time of the control group is more than 150 ms.The new management and control system can effectively shorten the transmission time from satellite communication to ground communication in application,and ensure that communication data will not be lost during the transmission process,and improve the communication quality of the satellite emergency communication network.
