三峡库区旅游扶贫模式分析

摘　　要：乡村旅游是旅游市场重要的组成部分,市场需求旺盛,发展旅游也是贫困村(社)脱贫的重要方式之一,全国各地乡村开发旅游成为趋势。三峡库区部分村(社)为了脱贫而发展旅游业,近年来库区贫困率持续下降,直至完成脱贫。旅游扶贫作为其中一种扶贫方式起到了重要作用。通过实地调研,文章总结了三峡库区的旅游扶贫模式,分别是旅游主导型、旅游依托型、产业+旅游型三种,并提出其乡村旅游扶贫的实践经验,以促进乡村旅游产业健康发展。Rural tourism is an important part of the tourism market,the market demand is strong,at the same time,the development of tourism is also one of the important ways for poor villages to get rid of poverty,and the development of tourism in rural areas across the country has become a trend.Some villages and communities in the Three Gorges Reservoir area have developed tourism in order to get rid of poverty,and in recent years,the poverty rate in the Three Gorges Reservoir area has continued to decline until poverty alleviation is com-pleted.Rural tourism poverty alleviation has played an important role as one of the ways to alleviate poverty.Through field research,this pa-per summarizes the tourism poverty alleviation model in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area,which are tourism-oriented,tourism-dependent,and industry+tourism(comprehensive),and puts forward the practical experience of rural tourism poverty alleviation to promote the healthy development of rural tourism industry.
