摘　　要：社会保障制度对为公民提供基本保障要求至关重要,其中的农村养老保险制度以满足农村居民的基本生活需要为目标,其制度变迁关系到农村居民的老年生活。文章梳理了我国农村养老保险制度改革开放以来的变化,描述了农村养老保险制度在不同阶段的主要内容及特征。最后结合制度变迁理论,探究了其制度变迁的方式、原因以及路径依赖。The social security system is very important to provide citizens with basic security requirements,among which,the rural en-dowment insurance system regards meeting the basic living needs of rural residents as its goal,and its institutional change is related to the elderly life of rural residents.Therefore,the changes of China's rural endowment insurance systemthat from the reform and opening up period to the present are combed,and the main content and characteristics of it in different stages are described.Finally,combined with the theory of institutional change,it explores the way,reason and path-dependence of institutional change.
